By the decision of the Director of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund (CLASS: 115-06/14-03/1, REF. NO.: 563-09-1/16-18-4) of 30 October 2018, a person was appointed (employee of the Fund) who is authorised to receive and decide on the complaints relating to the protection of the dignity of employees of the Fund. In the case of receiving complaints, the authorised person has to comply with the provisions of Articles 75 through 78 of the Working regulations of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund.
