The resources for financing environmental protection and energy efficiency in accordance with the Act on the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund (OG 107/03 and 144/12) are provided from the dedicated proceeds of the Fund from the charges on polluters of the environment, charges on users of the environment, charges on burdening the environment with waste, and the special environmental charge for motor vehicles.
