30.06.2020. An Info Day about the energy renovation of family houses for which the Fund assigned HRK 203 million was held today in Zadar, to present the Public Call of 25 June, with the submission of applications starting on 1 September.
30.06.2020. The Fund continues with promotion of e-mobility in 2020. For this purpose, HRK 54 million has been allocated this year, and today open calls were published for co-financing electric vehicles and charging stations.
29.06.2020. Today, the Fund published the Public Call for co-financing renewable energy generation sources for own consumption in households.
25.06.2020. Today, the Fund continues with the long-awaited programme of energy renovation of family houses. “We have allocated 203 million kunas for energy renovation of family houses. The Public Call with all the requirements has been published today, but the official submission of applications to the Fund will start on 1 September 2020.”
23.06.2020. At the initiative of the director of the Fund, Siniša Kukić, a meeting was held with Fabrizio Radin, the head of Istria County, the mayors of Pula and Umag, Boris Miletić and Vili Bassanese respectively with associates, and the member of the Board of Kaštijun d.o.o. Vesna Dukić.
19.06.2020. The contract worth HRK 7.5 million for co-financing remediation of the closed municipal waste landfill Sarvaš has been signed today in Osijek by the director of the Fund, Siniša Kukić, and the mayor of Osijek, Ivan Vrkić.
19.06.2020. The Fund published the Call for proposals for civil society organisations (associations) for co-financing environmental protection projects (OG 70/2020) for the activities of reuse and organising eco-activities for collecting waste from the seabed and collecting waste from speleological objects.
17.06.2020. As the representative of the Evaluation Committee for the works received in the competition for primary and high schools students on the topic of “How to become a green consumer?”, the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund presented the award – a smart bench – to High School Prelog, one of the three awarded schools.
10.06.2020. Today, the Fund opened the Public Call for co-financing the purchase of condensing boilers worth HRK 41 million. The Call is open for the citizens of Zagreb, Zagreb County, and Krapina-Zagorje County, whose apartments and houses were damaged in the earthquake; individual households will be able to get HRK 8000 per boiler.
05.06.2020. This year’s World Environment Day is celebrated under the slogan “It is time for nature, reflecting the desire and need of humankind to turn to nature and to coexist with nature.
03.06.2020. “After our programmes have been on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, during June the Fund has officially resumed all planned activities. By the end of the year, we are planning to award to the citizens and economic operators more than 600 million kunas of grant funding,” announced the director of the Fund, Siniša Kukić.
02.06.2020. The new recycling yard has been opened in Rijeka, where the citizens can dispose of around 20 types of waste free of charge. The total project is worth HRK 1.1 million, of which HRK 781 thousand has been provided from the European Cohesion Fund. Deputy Director of the Fund attended the opening ceremony together with the mayor of Rijeka, the chairman of the City Council, and the director of the utility company KD Čistoća.
