The Regulation on the management of municipal waste (OG 50/2017, 84/19) lays down the content of the decision on the method providing the public service, the method of municipal waste management related to the public service of collecting mixed municipal waste , and separate collection of waste paper, metal, glass, plastic, textile, problematic waste, and bulky waste, spatial planning of civic amenity sites, the method for calculating the threshold quantity of mixed municipal waste for a given period, the method and conditions for determining and charging the fee for the construction of municipal waste management facilities, and the method of calculating the incentive for reducing mixed municipal waste.
The incentive for reducing mixed municipal waste is calculated pursuant to Article 24 of the Regulation by the Fund, until the end of the current calendar year for the previous calendar year.
