The Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, as contracting authority, pursuant to Article 80(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette 120/2016, hereinafter: the Act 2016), based on the statements of existence or nonexistence of conflict of interest of its representatives, is hereby listing economic operators with whom the representative of the contracting authority in Article 76(2)(1) of the Act 2016 or  related persons are in the conflict of interest:
