The 2nd workshop was held today at the Croatian Chamber of Economy Hall for the beneficiaries of EU funds for the projects for improving energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in the manufacturing industries. The projects in question are financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021 – 2026.The workshop was held by: the acting head of Intermediate Body Sanja Jelačić, Ines Božičević from the Department for control of procurement, Predrag Čuljak, the head of the Department for technical verification of energy efficiency and RES projects, Slavica Lulić, the head of the Department for financial and economic verification, Bojan Hlača from the Department for project selection, and Maša Brezovac with Branimir Burić from the Department for system control.
The topics of this education included public procurement procedures, reporting, contract modifications, payment procedures, informing and visibility, and irregularities management.
The presentations were accompanied by a very active and fruitful discussion among the participants and speakers that will provide for a more successful implementation of projects and eliminate financial corrections.
After the workshop, the participants filled out a brief survey regarding their feedback in terms of the organisation, clarity of the topics discussed, and the workshop’s contribution to gaining new insights. The workshop organisers were assessed as excellent in the majority of fields, indicating that the topics were clearly presented.
