The end-of-life vehicle management has to ensure that:
- the reuse and recovery rate for all end-of-life vehicles handed over for treatment over the year amounts to a minimum 95% of the average mass of the end-of-life vehicle handed over for treatment, i.e.
- the reuse and recycling rate for all end-of-life vehicles handed over for treatment over the year amounts to a minimum of 85% of the average mass of the end-of-life vehicle handed over for treatment.
