Pursuant to Article 7 of the Ordinance on procurement plan, contracts register, prior consultation and public procurement market analysis (OG 101/2017), the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund shall publish on the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) portal the Register of public procurement contracts and framework agreements whose value net of VAT is equal or greater than HRK 20,000.00 in a standardised format.
