The obligation of producers of beverages included in the deposit system referred to in Article 23 of the Ordinance on packaging and waste packaging (Official Gazette 88/15 and 78/16) (hereinafter: the Ordinance) to submit the data on the beverages (ANNEX XII of the Ordinance) and one sample of the packaging unit can be fulfilled by sending the sample packaging unit together with the filled out Annex XII of the Ordinance to the address of the Fund: 10000 ZAGREB, Radnička cesta 80, and by sending Annex XII of the Ordinance to the e-mail: [email protected] in the Excel form which you can download from the website of the Fund
