Goals for waste electrical and electronic equipment
The annual rate of separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (hereinafter: EE waste) must comprise at least 65% of the average mass of electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market in the three previous years, or 85% of EE waste produced in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The goals of EE waste recovery are:

The goals of EE waste recovery are:
- annually, at least 85% by weight of the collected heat exchange equipment or large equipment with an external dimension of more than 50 cm must be treated by a recovery process, or at least 80% by preparation for reuse and recycling;
- annually, at least 80% of the mass of the collected screens, monitors and equipment containing screens with display surface of more than 100 cm2must be treated by a recovery process or at least 70% by preparation for reuse and recycling;
- annually, at least 75% of the weight of the collected small equipment with no external dimension exceeding 50 cm or small IT and telecommunications equipment with no external dimension exceeding 50 cm must be treated by a recovery process, or at least 55% by preparation for re-use and recycling; and
- annually, at least 80% of the mass of the collected light bulbs must be treated by recycling.
