Collection

Waste collection is an activity covering waste collection including prior sorting of waste and storage of waste for the purpose of transporting waste for recovery.
There are 24 companies and trades in Croatia that have the status of licensed waste packaging collectors.

Collectors who have concluded with the Fund a contract for the collection of waste beverage packaging included in the DRS are obliged to submit the following forms:

FORM AO4 (Report on collected waste packaging)
FORM AO4S (Treatment operator's certificate on the quantities of waste packaging taken from the authorised collector)
FORM AO6A (Report on taken waste beverage packaging taken from sellers and civic amenity sites)
FORM AO8 (Collector’s certificate of taken waste beverage packaging included in the DRS)
FORM SS
FORM SP
CENTRES (Collectors who concluded with the Fund the contract for the performance of waste packaging management centre (WPMC) activities)

WPMC Minutes
Collectors who have concluded a contract with the Fund for performing the tasks of the waste packaging management centre (WPMC) are obliged to submit the following forms:

FORM AO4A (WPMC certificate of taken quantities of waste packaging from collectors)
FORM AO4C (Treatment operator certificate of taken quantities of waste packaging from the authorised WPMC)

FORM AO5A (WPMC report on waste packaging taken and handed over for treatment)
